Demi is a National Contracts Manager in CBRE and not only is she committed to ensuring her clients have world class service she is also committed to creating workplace environments where people thrive. She helps her current organisation at surface-level engagement to build cultures that drive real, lasting change. From a mental health episode in 2024 Demi has tried to ensure that the workplace speaks more about Mental Health and the invisible struggles colleagues may face day to day. Her expertise is deeply personal. As a neurodivergent professional with ADHD, Dyslexia and possibly Autism, Demi understands firsthand the challenges and strengths of navigating workplaces through a different lens. This lived experience fuels her passion for designing inclusive cultures where diverse ways of thinking and working are not just accommodated but actively valued.
Demi is passionate about making culture change practical and tangible. Since now being more open about her ADHD from October 2024 and future of a diagnoses of Autism, Demi only wants to ensure no one feels alone and that there is support for people out there.
